Workshop/class will include: developing a heightened awareness connecting breath with the pelvic floor, education on anatomy, practice with stretches and strengthening exercises specifically for the pelvic floor. Plus an opportunity to have a open and frank discussion on what it means to have a happy, healthy pelvis.
